Pani puri

I love chatpata stuff and Pani-puri definitely forms a part of it. Available across Mumbai, street food and restaurants alike, its many a persons favourite.

I made this today for evening snacks. Turned out awesome! Its makes taking all the trouble to make the pani, the sweet chutney and the puri filling at home absolutely worthwhile. With just the right amount of khatta, sweetness, and spicy-ness, it satiated our taste-buds. Purely chatpata. I actually gave myself a pat on the back. YAY
