I tried this recipe for the first time. Its from a cook-book, by a group of housewives, who compiled this book to honour their guru – Swami Chinmayananda.
The beauty of this recipe is in its simplicity, ease of making and an absolute delight in eating. Once you have the paneer (bought or made at home), its a few minutes to tantalizing your taste buds. Serve with chutney or by itself.
Next time I make this, I’m going to add boiled potatoes. Then, I’m going to make a wrap with the chutney and these peppered paneer and potatoes and VOILA – wholesome snack ready!
